Our Program

Overview

Young women will acquire real life, applicable tools and techniques to feel more safe, confident and empowered so they never have to alter their everyday lives. In our unique approach we teach mental, situational and physical self defense.

We offer various full-length 1.5-2 hour classes that cover each kind self defense that can be done in person, virtually or on your own time with our online course.

Take our in-person AND virtual classes which integrate the three kinds of self defense to make you feel empowered, confident, independent and safe.

Class Types

single organization

We deliver a 1.5-2 hour class to your sorority chapter / organization virtually or in person. WE WILL TRAVEL TO YOUR UNIVERSITY. Before each class, we give you a survey to send out to your organization so you have the option to CUSTOMIZE YOUR CLASS. Organizations typically take our general class once a year as they get new members. We have more in depth workshops available if you are interested after taking the general class. You can also PARTNER WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS to promote Greek unity and lessen the price.

You may purchase semester-long access to our pre-recorded online course. You can do the course AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WISH within only your organization. The class also comes with a WORKBOOK so you can print out worksheets for participants to go further in depth with the material.

We will come host a PRIVATE EVENT IN YOUR HOME. You have the option to ADD ON A KICKBOXING class in addition to the self defense presentation.
